2. Flat Fee Per Hire

Ideal for startups and companies hiring remote employees. Pay a fixed fee per placement.

Suggested Pricing:
  • Entry-Level Roles: $300
  • Mid-Level Roles: $500
  • Senior or Specialized Roles: $1,000
